Based on sales signed before a notary from 2019 to 2025, a house away from the waterfront sold for an average of €4,900/m² in Lège, €8,900/m² in Claouey, €9,400 to €11,800/m² between Les Jacquets and La Vigne, and €18,100/m² in Cap Ferret village. No. In the nine oyster villages, the cabins stand on public maritime land owned by the State: they are occupied under a personal permit issued by the mayor, which cannot be sold.
